The Comox Valley boxing program at StrongHearts School of Movement is designed for both novice boxers and for those who are solely interested in boxing for its tremendous fitness benefits. Our boxing classes build cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and quickness. We focus on proper technique, power, speed, and footwork, while constantly challenging your conditioning. We will also teach you the basics of Olympic-Style (Amateur) Boxing. More technical boxing instruction is available for those interested. Come on out and discover the sweet science!
