Growing Stronger Together

Where It All Began

In 2014, StrongHearts began as a place for people to move better, feel stronger, and rediscover what they were capable of. The original vision was clear: build a space that doesn’t just train bodies — it uplifts people.

Our Growing Family

Over time, we’ve grown from a small group into a vibrant community—bringing together athletes, parents, youth, and weekend warriors across the Comox Valley. With every new member, our commitment to inclusive, high-quality fitness has only grown stronger.

StrongHearts Fitness Today

Today, StrongHearts Fitness is the home of Courtenay CrossFit. We're proud to offer inclusive programs for all ages and stages of life— led by passionate coaches, rooted in community, and driven by results that matter. This isn’t about “fitting in” — it’s about showing up and growing, together.
