Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.

The Kettlebell class is just that, a workout run with Kettlebells and body weight exercises in a small class setting. ... While slow grind Kettlebell lifts are meant to increase total body strength, muscular strength and stamina, as well as a focus like no other exercise.

Barbell Club

Our Barbell Club starts with a warm up to get ready for technique work aimed at improving  the classic Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk.

This time is about community and learning. All levels are welcome. Experience how empowering it can be to get familiar with the barbell, and with a group of amazing, powerful, driven women. Stronghearts Legends

The Legends program is designed to provide older adults and seniors a specialized class by adapting functional fitness workouts to build strength, flexibility and mobility to combat aging.

The class starts with an extensive warm up of light cardio, stretching, balance and mobility. next is a strength component where you will learn to lift dumbbells, barbells and swing kettlebells. The WOD follows where we combine movements to increase overall fitness. Topped off with a cool down stretch.

Be prepared to sweat, have fun, laugh and leave with swagger.

Kids and Youth

This class is all about developing healthy and functional movement patterns for kids ages 5-11. We teach the basics of safe squatting, deadlifting, and overhead movement through games, play, and targeted instruction.

We also cover other age-appropriate healthy fundamentals such as the importance of a good warm-up, hydration, healthy nutrition, and positive body image.
